Ryan Stegman

Ryan Stegman was born in a drafty stable near Detroit. Ryan picked up crayons and drew on a wall; he was 18 years old. Shortly thereafter, he learned about pencils and paper. He was happy, as were his parents. After being "released" he decided that drawing comics was a good idea. He got all of his horrible drawings out of the way (well, most of them) and then got hired to do "Midnight Kiss" and covers for Markosia. He then found himself at Marvel working as the penciler and inker for the series "Magician Apprentice". Ryan has also worked on a series of sketch cards for Dynamite’s Red Sonja. Due to the restraints of a bulky ankle bracelet and poor hygiene, he is forced to stay indoors and draw.

He has been stricken with this terminal case of twisted genius since 1999. His comic projects include "Gene Simmons' House of Horrors", "Vampirella Magazine", "Agnes Quill: An Anthology of Mystery". Most notably, he created and illustrated the acclaimed "Long Night of the Full Moon". He regularly showcases his deviously creative urges in the pages of Cryptic Magazine. The interesting part of reading that book was that, when I was growing up, we were in the middle of the Cold War and I was living here in Chicago getting the story of the Soviet empire being this great evil. This comic was telling the story from the Soviet point of view," he recalls. "Now I get to tell this story and enhance the characters and enhance the world. Michael Finger

Comic Book Writer and 3D computer modeler, Michael Finger is probably known best for his unique last name. And because he really has a PhD, he's accurately referred to as "Doctor Finger." (Just be glad he's not your proctologist.) When he's not working by day as a corporate tool, he's slaving away by night at the keyboard concocting tales about super-hero psychologists in "Super Psyche" and Amazonian woman in "The Making of an Amazon," all the while producing photo-realistic computer-generated art. Should the whole comic book thing not pan out, Doctor Finger's long term plans include capitalizing on a name tailored fit for the adult firm industry.

Rich Bernatovich

Rocketed from Levittown, PA to New York City, Rich dreamed of making his artistic ideas a reality. After studying at Tyler School of Art and the Actor's Studio he set out to do just that. There were many attempts at other books, films, theatre, and animation, but it wasn't until Sentinels that he finally took matters into his own hands. Deciding to self-publish Sentinels as an original graphic novel was the best/hardest thing he ever decided to do. Just ask his family and friends who think he's crazy (some of which thought this before he started Sentinels). But he wouldn't change a thing. Seeing his ideas come to life and getting feedback from readers has truly inspired him.
